Fitnesslifeline.com uses standard ground FedEx, and UPS to ship all orders in the continental US  We ship all items, depending on availability within 1-3 business days.  We ship from 1 main location out of Wisconsin.  Alaska and Hawaii residents please contact us so we can discuss the most economical way to ship your order.  Most of the time we can ship to HI and AK via USPS
