Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A:

Depending on your location, all orders will arrive to you withing 1-5 business days after they ship.  We ship from zip code 53716 out of Madison, WI. 
Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped out to me?
A:

Orders process in 1-3 business days. Our shipping department is well staffed, and experienced in handling large volumes of orders.  It is not uncommon for your order to even ship out the same day it is ordered. 
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A:

We use UPS, Fedex, Speedee Delivery and USPS.  Depending on your location, and the size of your order will determine which carrier is used.  All orders are shipped standard ground unless you have upgraded your shipping to express, which can be done over the phone.
