All returns require approval. You must call our customer service dept at 1-800-458-2403, or email them at sales@fitnesslifeline.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. We have the right to refuse any return without prior approval. We will only except returns within 30 days of the date you receive your merchandise. All products must be in new condition for an approved Return Authorization.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Freight is not refundable.
